KC Councilmember Phillips Offers Information On Affordable Care Act

King County District Four Councilmember Larry Phillips has offered information for Washington residents on the low-cost health insurance available as a result of President Obama’s Affordable Care Act.  Sign-ups began on October 1st.

Several ways exist to find out more information regarding how to find, compare plans, and enroll for health insurance, on-line or in-person at a local event.  Two in-person events will take place today and tomorrow:

  • Today, October 7th, 5p – 7p, at the Ballard Branch of the Seattle Public Library
  • Tomorrow, October 8th, 1p – 4p, at the North Seattle Family Center
  • Wednesday, October 9th, 2p – 7p, at the Northgate Branch of the Seattle Public Library
  • Wednesday, October 9th, 5p – 7p, at the Ballard Branch of the Seattle Public Library
